Smooth-bore PTFE core hybrid hose has the flexibility and permeation resistance of an all-metal cover and the cleanability of a PTFE core that also minimizes turbulence. Commonly used as a low-pressure transfer hose where a smooth bore for ultra-high purity is critical and permeation to the atmosphere is undesirable, especially in the semiconductor industry.
